The Contemporary Father in the Workplace

It's not just about the moms anymore!

A workshop for expectant dads and new dads designed to facilitate a discussion regarding the participant's new role.

We will focus on the importance of the father to the development as well as to the overall emotional well being of the child.

Other topics addressed are managing boundaries, thinking about your new identity, family models and gender stereotypes, and dual career families. We'll also attempt to debunk the myth of the optimal work-life balance.
