BtB's work with professionals who are also new mothers provides an opportunity for the new mom to consider her role and its impact on her short and long-term career aspirations.
We work with each individual to tailor a work-life strategy that is based on a thorough understanding of her aspirations, as well as any obstacles to her realization of them. What I frequently refer to as Moving Beyond Stuck!
Some common themes include getting back to the office with confidence, bringing all of yourself to work, finding the right kind of childcare, understanding your priorities and setting boundaries.
