A pioneer "off-ramper" myself, my niche is career transitions. My interest in transitions closely parallels my own transition from MBA executive to full time mother to psychoanalyst who specializes in career issues.
I worked as a consultant for Project Liberty post 9/11 with many who were displaced or who had lost jobs. During this time, my success stories were many. I continue to coach several of these individuals, all of whom are successfully employed.
About ten years ago, I noticed that I was working with an increasing number of professionals who had off-ramped predominately because of family responsibilities. After some time, many of these executives were eager to return to work, but were unsure about how to do so.
This work inspired me to launch Beyond The Boardroom (BtB). BtB utilized a multi-pronged approach to career re-entry: executive coaching combined with networking groups, career workshops and keynote addresses from individuals who have successfully returned to their chosen fields after a hiatus.

My interest in helping new parents who are also professionals negotiate this complex transition has taken me beyond BtB.
